Christmas is coming and to close 2022 we welcome you to join us for a beautiful wellness evening on 4th December full of connection and self-care.
Christmas is the season of giving and this light of christmas evening is a chance to give yourself time, space and light. After all, to give to others we first must give to ourselves.
The evening will kick off with an energising Yoga practice followed by a deep Sadhu Nails meditation to deepen your mind-body connection and reset your nervous system. To finish Vinuta will host an inspirational women's circle where we will share and connect over tea, snacks, tarot cards and aromatherapy.
