Avocado oil is extracted through cold pressing of Persea Americana (avocado also called Persea Gratissima) and has an intense green color due to the high content of chlorophyll in it and highly rich in nutrients.

Avocado oil contanis large amount of vitamin E and antioxidant squalene. It is suitable for all skin types. It will help improve blood circulation in the skin by enriching its tissues with the much-needed oxygen. 


DISADVANTAGES

Some people may find it to rich or heavy. It can possibly clogs their pores, leading to breakouts or acne.


ALTERNATIVES & SUBSTITUTIONS

Could e substuted with Shea butter or Olive oil.
